The Process -
1. Screening: General Company Analysis, Commitment & Resources Assessment
In Phase I, an X 1.0 Inc. consulting team member assesses whether a prospective client meets the requirements for further engagement. Engagement requirements include company size, stage of business maturity, level of commitment to the adoption of technology, and availability of resources to leverage X 1.0 Inc.'s recommendations. This preliminary screening ensures X 1.0 Inc. provides services to qualified business that have a realistic need for a powerful, integrated solution.

2. Operational Assessment: A detailed analysis of your company's strengths and weaknesses
In Phase II, an Account Manager works with you to analyze your business dataflow as it relates to interdepartmental communications and transactions in terms of:

  • Excutive Funcions
  • Finance, Accounting
  • Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics
  • Sales, Marketing and Communications
  • Information Technology
  • Human Resources

This holistic analysis is performed in order to determine which combination of technologies will best improve the way your business operates. It will give us insights into bottlenecks, breakdown(s), stoppages, and gaps. Generally, within two weeks, your Account Manager will be ready to present you with a report identifying areas where technological advances will have a positive impact on your business.

During this presentation the Account Manager focuses on making sure you understand the business outcome of each recommendation and how each one fits with your business' short, mid- and long-term goals. Of equal importance is the high level of consideration given in the report to any current business process change(s) required to accommodate the recommended systems, along with an implementation timeline and a schedule of associated costs.

3. Actions: Solutions Planning, Design and Implementation
  • Task team building
  • Requirements definition and task assignment
  • Sub-project development
  • Implementation

In this 3rd Stage, the Account Manager builds a task team composed of specialty technologists with core expertise in the areas identified in Stage 2 ("Operational Assessment"). This team will design cost effective solutions and confirm that each area of concern is addressed. The solution is tested at our facility. This part of the process is vital to ensure a strong connection between the business requirements and the technology adopted to address them.

4. Business Outcome: Solution Testing, Overview, and Future Developments
After X 1.0 has completed the implementation of the solutions and testing has been completed, your Account Manager will meet, present, and review The Final Report with you to ensure that the recommended solutions, specified in Phase 2, have been fully implemented and that you have a clear picture of the new system and its operation.
